Becoming a Client
I am currently in network with most BCXBS PPO plans, however, I am out-of-network with several insurance companies. I try to maintain reasonable rates and I offer a super bill that you can provide to your insurance company requesting reimbursement. I use an online HIPPA compliant platform to collect all fees at the time of your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards,HSA cards and debit cards.
A clinical hour lasts 50 minutes. Ending 10 minutes before the hour allows the therapist to schedule your next session, write progress notes, and prepare you for your next appointment.Case conceptualization/treatment planning is essential to provide you the most effective therapy possible.

Out of Network Insurance Claims through a Phone App
