​​At Lukan Clinical Counseling, we are in-network only with most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO plans. Limiting insurance carriers is a feature, not a bug. As a small business, our goal is to “obsess” over excellent clinical care. To do so, we have to remain limited and uncompromised by the bureaucracy of managed care. We will always provide you with a “SuperBill” for all other insurance carriers.

 

We use an online HIPPA compliant platform to collect all fees at the time of your appointment. Acceptable forms of payment include all major credit cards,HSA ,FSA, and debit cards. We do NOT charge a processing fee for routine charges.

 

Per insurance guidelines, a clinical hour lasts 53 minutes. Ending 7 minutes before the hour allows the therapist to schedule your next session, write progress notes, and prepare you for your next appointment. Case conceptualization/treatment planning is essential to provide you the most effective therapy possible.

Private Pay: Since we understand that waiting for insurance to approve therapy is like asking bureaucracy for a hug, we do offer an “Opt Out” insurance option. This can fast track access to care, and help alleviate suffering in a shorter, more intensive format.

 

It’s a model built on spending uninterrupted time doing deep, targeted work. Instead of dragging therapy out over months, we get to the core of the issue quickly and stay there, so the progress actually sticks and shows up in your real life sooner.

• Initial Session: 90 mins: 295.00

• 3 follow up sessions: 70 mins each: 195.00 per session

• 1 closure session 55 minutes: 165.00

• 5 total visits; can be done on-line or in person
